My love and talent for painting can be seen not only through paper and canvas but also on walls in your very own home. Most commonly, clients request something to be painted in a child’s room or playroom. Here are just a few examples:

I can complete a mural
based on a discussion of your ideas and any visual references you have that
you'd like to coordinate (images from a children's book, decor, fabric
patterns, etc.). I would be thrilled to show you some images from my portfolio!
To complete a mural, I
first need to see the space, and speak with you in person about your wishes and
ideas. Here are the steps we will take:
- My consultation fee is $100, paid up front and is non-refundable, whether you decide to go through with the project or not. This covers the cost of my time and travel to your location, and creativity while meeting and planning with you.
- Should you decide to proceed with the design, you will sign a written contract, agreeing to the terms of the project (i.e. services requested, cost estimate, and the copyright of my work).
- After our consultation, I will spend a few days gathering inspiration and sketching out ideas for you. We will meet again so I can present these ideas to you, at which point you will be given a sketch-up and/or an “inspiration board” of the project with an estimated time (in hours) for completion. Any drafts or images created by me and shared with you are my property and copyright, and you are prohibited from sharing those images with another artist.
- Upon viewing the sketches/inspiration board, if you wish to make any changes to the design, we can discuss them and work together until you are satisfied with the layout. Then we will agree on and schedule the date and time(s) for the painting to take place.
- As scheduled, I will begin the project and each hour of my time will be logged. Once completed, you will receive a final invoice with the total time and cost for your project. You will be charged an hourly rate of $45 per each working hour, as outlined in the contract. Half of the cost estimate will be paid up front; the other half of the cost and any additional logged working hours will be paid upon completion.
- Let's say I estimate your project will take 10 hours. 10 hours x $45/hour is $450. You would pay half ($225) before the project begins, and the other half ($225) when the project is finished.
- If for some reason the project takes longer than the initial 10 hours estimated, you will be charged the same $45 per hour for each additional hour I spend on your project, and that will be added onto your final invoice, along with the second half of the project cost ($225).
Smaller murals will be
charged a minimum of one work hour; larger murals can take several days, for
which I will make multiple trips to your location.

the envelope icon in the right column. We can discuss your ideas and set up a
consultation at your earliest convenience.
