create every day

One of my goals is to do something creative every day. With a little one crawling around all over the place, I often find making time for creating very challenging. Nap time or late at night (when everyone's asleep) are usually my best bets for sitting down to sew, paint, journal, etc. However, that's when I either a) crash myself, or b) look around at all the piles of paperwork, toys, dishes, and laundry and *sigh* push up my sleeves and get to work. 

SO - I already know the answer to this question {I just have to MAKE myself do it!} - but I'll ask anyway. How do YOU find time to create every day?
